Refund policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our custom products. Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns in the event of damage or defect.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

We offer a 7-day return window for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at artwork@jdshot.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item or issuing a replacement.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or engraved items

  • Special orders

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. (We currently do not sell perishable or personal care goods.)

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for custom work unless there is an error on our part.


Refunds

If a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
